훌륭한 권력자가 되기 위해서는 자신이 가진 모든 권력을 언제 사용해서는 안 되는지 알아야 한다. 자신의 권력을 사용하지 않을 힘을 갖고 있다면 훨씬 더 성공적으로 사람들을 이끌 수 있을 것이다.

Far better to think historically, to remember the lessons of the past. Thus, far better to conceive of power as consisting in part of the knowledge of when not to use all the power you have. Far better to be one who knows that if you reserve the power not to use all your power, you will lead others far more successfully and well.
